 After payment is received. Shipping times might differ.

 

Return Conditions:

Return within 14 days after the item is received. To Return an item contact us.

If an item is to be send back, the shipping costs will be paid by customer.

As soon as the item has returned, the customer will either get the money back as a coupon code (shipping cost not included) or has to pay processing fees of 10€ to get the amount of the item back on their bank account.
